S-MM2H, brought by Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry & Performing Art Sarawak, is a programme that encourages
foreigners to reside in Malaysia for long term as long as they fulfil the requirements that have been set. This programme
allows eligible applicants to receive a 10 years social visit pass which is accompanied with multiple entry visa that
could be renewed for a period of 5-10 years (subjected to applicant’s passport validity).

The programme welcomes citizens of all races, religions, gender or age. It also accepts citizens from all over the world
except for Israel. Eligible applicants are also having the possibility to bring their spouses as well as unmarried
children that are below 21 years old as their dependents.
